When will my order be shipped?
Typically orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours when receiving confirmation of your payment. If you have not received a tracking number by e-mail, then your order has not shipped.
How do I cancel an item or revise the quantity in my order?
If your order has not been shipped, then you must contact sales immediately at sales@neusmoke.com.
My order never arrived?
Verify that the status of your tracking number says “Delivered”. Then contact the carrier to confirm that the package has arrived. If the carrier confirms that the package has been delivered, please contact support at support@neusmoke.com.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You must pay sales tax if you live in the same state as our warehouse.

A single cartridge will roughly last 150 – 300 inhales depending on the smoker.

We offer a 30 day warranty and a 7 day money back guarantee starting from your purchase date on the e-cigarette starter kits. We do not offer a warranty or money back guarantee on the refill cartridges.
